Terms & conditions

1. Volume Funding provides trading skill evaluation programs on demo accounts with virtual funds.
2. The challenge fee pays for the evaluation service and its tools. It is not a deposit, an investment or trading capital.
3. The service is not offered to residents of restricted countries: Iran, Afghanistan, Vietnam, North Korea and Russia.
4. Participants must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and pass identity verification (KYC) before receiving any rewards.
5. Traders must follow the published program rules (daily and overall loss limits, minimum trading days and others). Breaking any rule ends the account.
6. News trading is allowed on all challenge and funded accounts. On the Instant account, opening or closing trades is not allowed from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after high-impact news; the Investing.com economic calendar is the reference for which news counts.
7. On the Instant account, the floating loss of all open trades together must never exceed 1% of the account's starting balance at any moment. Reaching this limit is a hard breach and ends the account, even if the trades are later closed in profit.
8. Payouts can be requested every 7 days on Instant and Instant Volume accounts, and every 14 days on funded accounts from the 1 Step and 2 Step challenges. The cycle is counted from the date the account was funded, then from the last payout request.
9. Holding positions overnight is allowed on all accounts, and over the weekend on all accounts except Instant, whose positions must be closed before the market closes for the weekend.
10. Exploitative strategies are prohibited, including latency arbitrage, hedging across multiple accounts, exploiting price errors and copying trades from other people's accounts.
11. The company may review trading activity before approving any payout and reject requests that break these terms.
12. Rewards (profit split) are calculated at the program's published rate and paid through the methods available in the dashboard.
13. Challenge fees are paid in crypto only, and the order is activated once the transfer is confirmed on the network.
14. Affiliate commission is 10% of the first paid order of each referred trader and 5% of every paid order after that, and is not earned on cancelled orders or orders that break these terms.
15. The company may change these terms and will notify users of material changes.

Privacy policy

• We collect only the data needed to provide the service: full name, email, phone number, country, city and address, and trading data on the account.
• Your name appears on the certificates generated in your dashboard, and they are only published if you share them yourself.
• Crypto payments are processed by an approved third-party payment provider. We never store your wallet keys or details on our servers.
• We do not sell your data to any third party, and share it only with essential service providers (payments, identity verification, trading platform).
